“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

Who we seek to support
As we seek to follow God’s leading in the ministries we support, our priorities include:

• Ministries that spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, focus on teaching God’s Word, and are like-minded to our Statement of Faith
• People in ministry, preferably with a direct connection to our church body through active involvement or personal acquaintance … instead of general gifts to organizations
• Local, national, and global ministries
• Missionaries and ministries that are spiritually and financially accountable

How we seek to support
We believe that everyone at The Bible Church of Brownsburg has a role to play in missions because everyone has been gifted by God. Our support includes:

Prayer – This is by far, the most effective support we can provide. In this brochure, you will find some information on each of the full-time missionaries we support. Please join the rest of our church body in praying for these ministries.

Fellowship – We will seek to develop on-going relationships with those we support through periodic visits and reports to our church.

Time & Talent – Our goal is to utilize the talents and time God has given to our congregation through participation in local mission projects and mission trips, as well as tangible support for our partner full-time missionaries.

Finances – We will seek to allocate a significant portion of our church giving to missions. As such, we will be able to be substantial supporters of the ministries with which we partner.

As a congregation, we want to bring glory and honor to God by Biblically providing spiritual, financial, physical, and emotional support to missions that spread the Gospel to unbelievers and believers locally and to the ends of the earth.

The Bible Church of Brownsburg has committed 20% of our 2006 annual budget to missions. The 2006 missions goals are:

• Increasing congregational involvement.
• Planning missions projects.
• Evaluating missions committee performance.

Ultimately, it is our heart’s desire to fully support a family from our church in full-time missionary service.
